Gutter Cleaning & Repairs

Gutter cleaning is probably the most overlooked aspect of home maintenance. Blockages can lead to damp, structural problems and even insect infestation all of which can lead to unexpected costly bills. We offer a state of the art gutter cleaning service where we use a high powered specialist vacuum which typically removes the need for ladders, expensive scaffolding or cherry pickers. We also use inspection cameras for surveying and for showing customers before and after pictures.

In the event that scaffolding is required we can provide rapid response tower solution.

CLEANING SERVICES

We currently offer 2 standard gutter cleaning options;

1. Hoover Only – from £150 (minimum visit charge).
2. Hoover & Wash – from £299 (recommended).

Option 2 includes hoovering the gutters out, cleaning the plastic exterior and washing all uPVC fascia and soffit boards.

Conservatory washing is also available in addition to option 2. Typical cost £75.

We currently offer 4 standard gutter repair options;

1. Ladder Repair & Hoover – from £200.
2. Ladder Repair, Hoover & Wash – from £375.
3. Scaffold Repair & Hoover – from £399.
4. Scaffold Repair, Hoover & Wash – from £499.
