Gutter cleaning is probably the most overlooked aspect of home maintenance. Blockages can lead to damp, structural problems and even insect infestation all of which can lead to unexpected costly bills. We offer a state of the art gutter cleaning service where we use a high powered specialist vacuum which typically removes the need for ladders, expensive scaffolding or cherry pickers. We also use inspection cameras for surveying and for showing customers before and after pictures.
In the event that scaffolding is required we can provide rapid response tower solution.
CLEANING SERVICES
We currently offer 2 standard gutter cleaning options;
Option 2 includes hoovering the gutters out, cleaning the plastic exterior and washing all uPVC fascia and soffit boards.
Conservatory washing is also available in addition to option 2. Typical cost £75.

SOLAR PANELS
Regularly cleaning your solar panels ensures they remain efficient and functional, allowing you to maximize energy savings and protect your investment.
Dust, dirt, and debris that build up on solar panels can block sunlight and reduce the amount of energy the panels can absorb and therefore restrict the levels of electricity produced. Cleaning the panels helps ensure that they capture as much sunlight as possible, leading to improved energy output and overall efficiency. Regular cleaning can prevent the build-up of materials like salt, bird droppings and algae, which can potentially cause long-term damage to the panels’ surface.
The frequency of cleaning will depend on the environmental conditions where your panels are located. In areas with heavy dust, pollen, or pollution, more frequent cleaning may be needed (every 6 months to a year). In cleaner environments or places with regular rainfall, cleaning once every 18 months maybe sufficient.
PRICES
There is a minimum visit charge of £100 for cleaning solar panels and includes the washing of up to 10 panels. Additional panels are charged at £10 per panel.
